Sheer Ivory Crepe Vintage Dress by "Emerald Street California"

Beautiful sheer ivory crepe dress of unknown era with full, accordion style skirt, elastic waist band, blousy bodice with elegant drape and attached camisole with lace trim at neckline and edge of sleeves. The label reads "Emerald St. California" and for the life of me I can't find any information online or otherwise as to the origins of this piece. My guess is that it was made in the late 60s or early 70s, but I can't be sure. The measurements are tiny (way too small for my mannequin) and are equivalent to a modern size 2. If anyone has heard of this label or recognizes this style, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks!
